Limited edition giclee print
The original piece from 2016, is an acrylic on aluminium. Using aluminium gives a wonderful luminosity. I built up the painting in transparent and opaque layers of warm and cool colour making the most of this, the transparent orange and magenta create richly pigmented reds and a range of violet tones. The Painting has an architectural quality where the warm colours body forth creating a feeling of space and depth.
